Overview
Hexly is designed to work without requiring an account. The app’s core gameplay is available without providing personal information. Where possible, data is stored on your device.
Information Hexly may store
- Gameplay data: puzzle progress, completion state, streaks, and in-app settings.
- Device-level diagnostics: if you choose to share diagnostics with developers in iOS, Apple may provide crash logs and performance information associated with Hexly.
iCloud syncing (optional)
If you have iCloud enabled for Hexly on your device, gameplay data may sync through your iCloud account so it can persist across sessions and installations. This syncing is managed by Apple’s iCloud services.
How information is used
- To operate the app (saving progress and preferences).
- To improve stability and performance (reviewing crash logs when provided by Apple).
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
Data sharing
Nox Studios does not sell your personal information. Hexly does not share personal information with third parties for advertising. Apple may process information as part of providing App Store and iCloud services.
Data retention
Gameplay data remains on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account for as long as you keep Hexly installed or iCloud data available. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable support records.
Your choices
- Delete app data: uninstall Hexly to remove locally stored data.
- iCloud: you can enable or disable iCloud for Hexly in iOS Settings.
- Diagnostics: you can control whether iOS shares diagnostics with developers in iOS Settings.
Children’s privacy
Hexly is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us via support email, contact support@noxstudios.net and we will work to remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated policy on this page.
